By accessing or using Neural Trainer Gym ("the Service", "the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Neural Trainer Gym. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Neural Trainer Gym is a SaaS platform for personal trainers and fitness professionals. It offers student management, training and nutrition plans, WhatsApp integration, payment tracking, metrics, and a student portal.

The Service is available in 13+ countries across Latin America, Spain, the United States, and Canada. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

To access the Service you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

Notify us immediately at hello@neuraltrainergym.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is offered under monthly or annual subscription plans (Basic, VIP, Premium). Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

Payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe, MercadoPago, and others). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges per your chosen billing cycle. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, the Service will be suspended unless you choose a paid plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.

You agree not to use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities, or to violate the rights of third parties. Prohibited activities include unauthorized system access, malware distribution, automated scraping, and any use that impairs platform performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All platform content (code, design, text, logos, features) is owned by Neural Trainer Gym and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Data you enter into the platform (student information, routines, nutrition plans) is your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the user's country of residence. For European Union users, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies. For California (U.S.) users, the CCPA applies.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not possible, the parties submit to the competent jurisdiction under applicable local law.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or via an in-platform notice at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
