Neural Trainer Gym is the data controller for your personal information. For any privacy inquiries, contact us at info@neuraltrainergym.com.

Trainer account data: name, email address, country, payment method (processed by third parties), billing information, and platform usage data.

Student data (entered by the trainer): name, contact details, training history, nutrition plans, physical progress, payments, and WhatsApp communications.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, and usage events (anonymous analytics).

Payment data: we do not store card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe or MercadoPago depending on your region.

Service provision: managing your account, processing payments, sending operational notifications, and providing technical support. Legal basis: contract performance.

Product improvement: aggregated, anonymous usage analysis to improve features. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Marketing communications: we send updates and offers only with your prior consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Legal compliance: we retain certain data when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it solely with the following service providers acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and infrastructure (USA)
• Supabase Inc. — database and authentication (USA)
• Anthropic PBC — AI processing (USA)
• Stripe / MercadoPago — payment processing
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — messaging integration

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect legitimate rights and interests.

Some providers are located in the United States. Transfers to the U.S. are made under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms). EU users should also see our GDPR page.

We apply enterprise-grade security: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, regular audits, and secure authentication. No system is entirely invulnerable.

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, personal data is deleted within 90 days, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g., billing records: up to 5 years in many jurisdictions).

You may request early deletion of your data by contacting us.

Depending on your country's law, you have the right to:

• Access: know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
